What exactly is the TOEFL ITP?

What's the difference between the TOEFL ITP and the TOEFL iBT?

The ITP assesses Listening, Structure and Reading through multiple-choice questions, with no speaking or writing, and is only valid within institutions. The iBT is the official international test (0 to 120) with Speaking and Writing, required for admissions abroad. The ITP is much cheaper (around €40 to €60 versus €265).
